In a shocking turn of events, Dr. Hornet announces that he has given up his ownership of the Shaboo Inn - and that it was his own decision. As Dr. Hornet plays some of his favorite deep cuts from the likes of Jeff Beck and Wishbone Ash to soothe his pain, old friends & foes alike call in to give him a proper sendoff. What’s next for the Doctor of Rock?

Dr. Hornet has finally discovered the identity of a prank caller who's been bothering him for months. He also discovers that this prankster has been working at the behest of Coach Craig McManus, the sports talk radio host on WRGW. An angry Dr. Hornet declares war on McManus, and an angrier McManus storms the studio to take over The Hornet's Nest.

After a chance encounter with some strange brew and an Aphrodite's Child LP, Dr. Hornet believes he has crossed over to another plane of existence, grappling with what lies beyond the material world. He opens the phones for his listeners to detail their encounters with the unknown, running the gamut from tarot readers, doors to nowhere, and even galactic fighting tournaments.
