Jeremy came on the show to discuss a unique but totally applicable and interesting topic, and I can't believe the ways teaching himself various skills and hobbies has changed his life. One of my favorite pull quotes from this episode is, "you don't have to be unhappy with something just because it's present." What an empowering, encouraging mantra! What a guy!
