My dear friend and teammate James Allen came into the studio to lay down some SICK tracks with me in this episode!  If you are expecting us to actually rap, change your expectations because we do not.  If you are expecting me to make a fool of myself around the 12:30 mark, keep those expectations high because that happens.  This was a goofy, fun one.  James is a delight.
